Bonus: the improved checklist I've used to run my Masterclass
Save time and avoid silly mistakes on your own sessions
This is a different post. It is about what happens behind the scenes. You will know it when the cover image has the darker background.
Looking behind the scenes is not glamorous, but I think it can be very useful.
Also, I love checklists.
Checklists have this magical power of bringing into a single place, decisions and lessons learned that could come from ages ago.
When you create a checklist, you are doing your future-you a favor.
To run my Masterclass, I created a checklist. The checklist is not perfect, but helped me immensely and some people complimented it.
However the checklist you'll download is not the same I've used myself. It is better.
I've added and changed things based on what I learned from the Masterclass test.
So you get the benefit of implementing lessons learned by someone else.
What a time saver that is.
The three-part checklist I've used to promote, run and follow-up on my Masterclass
Before the Masterclass. Focused on getting sign-ups and creating the material.
During the Masterclass. Focused on creating a smooth experience for all and collecting valuable feedback.
After the Masterclass. Focused on inciting action on the participants, so that they apply what they've learned and see the value of my content.
Another great thing about checklists
As a funny coincidence today I found the above LinkedIn post from Cat Mulvihill where I compared the length of a checklist with rings on a tree trunk.
In our discussion she gave me another tip on the power of checklists:
Checklists make for a great confidence booster.
A checklist lets you know you got this.
Everything you need to do to achieve results is there. And often, it is there because you did that thing in the past, had success and decided to make it a recurring task.
So go ahead and download, for free, with not email necessary, the checklist I've used to promote, run and follow up on my Masterclass.
